Cover art

Here is the artwork for the new Chapter 6 CD "with the windows down." The album will be released on December 2nd. You can purchase the album at concerts or online at Chapter6.com. I will be on tour with the group on December 1st (my birthday) and the first 2 weekends of December. This does include Fridays.

I had an appointment with my radiologist this morning to schedule my first radiation which will start December 2nd. I now have temporary tatoos on my chest to mark where the radiation will be. I'm not gonna lie its kinda cool.

Have a great Thanksgiving!...I know the Menards have alot to be thankful for this year.

No mo' chemo

Usually at this time I am preparing for my next chemo. Not now. Hopefully never again. I am still feeling the normal aches and pains from chemo and the white blood cell shot.
I have a slow week planned except for Friday. I have been asked to be a part of a fundraiser rally for needy families at a High School in Illinois. I will travel there Friday and speak and sing for the students throughout the day. I have been given so much from friends, family and fans so I felt this was the least I could do to give back to others.
I will be on tour with Chapter 6 the first and second weekends in December. Not sure about the weekdays yet until I know when my radiation schedule will start.
I recently finished recording with the group for the album that we started before I was on idol. The album will be released on Dec 2nd and available on chapter6.com. I will post more about that later.
Finally, don't forget to buy David Cook's album that was just released. It is a great album with an incredible rock sound and very moving lyrics. Great production too.
I am gonna go have a nice chemo free week!

Christmas tour

After begging and bothering Chapter 6.....they have agreed to let me tour with them during their Christmas tour in December. I am still not sure if I will be able to attend every concert because of my radiation schedule. But the guys have been gracious enough to work around my schedule and let a cancer patient tour with them on the road. I told Chapter 6 I didn't lose my hair from chemo so I think that helped my chances.
Once the radiation schedule is set then I will know excatly which concerts I will perform at.
My radiologist oncologist has confirmed to me that I should have enough energy to perform a few gigs while I am going through radiaition.
If you want to spend an evening with Chapter 6 Christmas style then check out chapter6.com for touring schedules. Hope to see you all at a concert in December.
