AccessHollywood.com

Check out AccessHollywood.com for the latest updated article on my healt and career. I recently spoke with them about my health and my plans for the future. Although, as I know too well my plans are not always the Lord's plans. So I want to be clear that I am open for the Lord's will.
What is funny is that they made me look like an A-lister celebrity by putting my picture next to Brad Pitt's, Leonardo DeCaprio's and Tom Cruise. I never knew that after going through so much treatment and being sick for so long would actually make someone feel like a celebrity. I guess cancer made me more famous than being on American Idol.
The cool thing is that they didn't fail to mention the new Chapter 6 album. And they dug up some cool pictures of me from the Red Carpet party and found a picture of my wife from the party as well.
Thanks to Jolie and everyone at Access Hollywood for sharing a little bit of my story.

Great article! Great pictures, too, it always looks like you're having so much fun.

Famous or not, I hope the holidays and new year continue to bring you uplifting opportunities. You handle yourself with grace and strength no matter what you're faced with, so keep it up!

Merry Christmas, and I hope your flu went away. :)

tee hee.

SOMEBODY is making sure people don't forget your name. (On account of, I'm pretty sure you haven't yet said/sung everything you're supposed to say/sing.)

thanks for bringing that here. God bless you, Luke...

Nice article. Thanks for the update on things. Yay to them for mentioning the new album! I hope the sales are going well, because it really is an excellent album.

I'm glad that you will be touring with C6 while working on the solo album. But, don't forget to include "recovery period" in that schedule since your body's been through a lot this past 7 months. Though I'm sure it'll let you know (in no uncertain terms) if you're overdoing it. :-)

And, while I know that you're joking a bit about the celebrity status of your story, it's still good to see an uplifting cancer-survivor success story getting attention.

Stay warm,
- CK

Luke, what an awesome article. Great pics, too! Thanks for telling us about it. It's so weird to see you walking in to MoonDance Cafe one day and next to all those celebrities the next. I'm sure it seems totally bizarre... but you belong there. Can't wait to see what all you're going to do. I still believe God has even greater things in store for you.

Hang in there through the cold and the remaining treatments!

Luke, I think you spoke too soon on how cold it is here. We went into the deepfreeze over the weekend! Hope all's well in Indiana.

Happy New Year, Luke. Praying the blessings-to-burdens ratio is heavily weighted on the 'blessings' side for 2009! What a blessing it always is, to know all things work together for good for those who love the Lord. Take care, can't wait to see how it all unfolds....
